On our two aluminum profile extrusion lines, we use state-of-the-art equipment to ensure high precision and efficiency. Production is carried out using exclusively primary aluminium alloys, with continuous assurance of delivery accuracy and high product quality. All of this guarantees technological excellence and superior product quality.

Horizontal powder coating and anodizing are advanced techniques for protecting and enhancing the appearance of aluminium profiles, providing durability and aesthetic appeal. Our company offers these services for profiles up to 8000 mm in length, with a wide range of colors and additional services such as surface brushing and wood-effect finishes through sublimation. We guarantee the quality of our products through the QUALICOAT Seaside certification, ensuring durability, functionality, and aesthetic elegance.

Our machining services provide the final refinement to our products, adapting to the specific requirements of end use and final specifications. Our range of services includes cutting, milling, drilling, CNC machining, and various joining techniques such as welding and soldering. We have three- and four-axis machines, enabling us to process large profiles to the highest quality standards.

Our thermal break technology uses polyamide strips of varying dimensions to interrupt heat transfer through aluminium profiles, withstanding high temperatures and providing excellent aging resistance. These strips insulate over 500 times better than aluminium, resulting in significantly lower Uf values for profiles with a thermal break.

Our extrusion tool suppliers ensure high-quality profiles through extrusion simulations and careful tool preparation. We use high-quality aluminium tailored to client specifications, and we recycle production waste to minimize environmental impact. Collaboration with experienced experts from Italy allows us to exchange knowledge and experience, including creating simulations for the most demanding profiles.

Our quality control procedures, compliant with ISO 9001, EN 15088, and IATF certifications, are integrated into the production process and customer specifications. Using Ascona precision measuring devices, we ensure rapid problem detection and verification of profile compliance. With various tools such as calipers and hardness testing equipment, we guarantee the highest quality for every product.

We offer automated and customized packaging with a wide range of materials. We organize material handling and transportation for deliveries worldwide, using our own fleet as well as third-party carriers. Storage options are available, and all directives—such as profile type, time frame, and quantity—are contractually defined.

From the initial sketch to serial production, we provide continuous expert support. We optimize designs, recommend alloys based on application, prepare technical documentation, and carry out prototyping and quality control throughout the entire process.
